5 miles in the morning slowish run. 9 in the afternoon with team. 1,5 to park, 1.5 warmup with Ben, 3 mile run in which i passed everyone including varsity kids. they were .5 in front of us because they took a short route, so Ben and i speed up and overtook them. 1.5 cooldown and 1.5 home. feeling very tired.
