No run today. Sick. Stayed home from church with my girls yesterday as they threw up and I had a massively sore throught. Heart rate was racing when I took it in the morning Sunday and no change today. Lost 7 pounds from yesterday to today. I feel pretty wiped and probably shouldn't be at school today, but it's the end of the quarter. So I'll try to make it through. W-149.5 RHR-56 Obviously, I'll need to reevaluate my goals for the week. I just want to get feeling better and then get a few runs in later in the week. |
