| | 10 (w/hills) Garbage Dump - felt the best I have in months. My legs actually picked up and had a little zip. 4 treadmill @ 8 mph for first 1/2 then .1 faster for each subsequnet 1/2 to work on getting my runs a little quicker. | Add Comment |

| | Green Valley- took it easy (w/o carbs or gato) to try and just run it all. Did pretty well (walked once) and recovered quick. 100 mile week done! It is funny as I enter these months in, I thought I had done more long runs, more 100 mile weeks, and also I think I just pin pointed when I hurt my PF - right about here. Enterprise 10K (6.2 Miles) 00:33:49, Place overall: 2, Place in age division: 1 | | 4 mile warm up and cool Race - A good run with a bit of downhill at first then evens out for the last 2 1/2 miles. Wrote: Felt good, let leaders pull me along (Logan, and a few others; Jose was way up). Set good even aplits (5:14, 5:25, 5:22, 5:28, 5:35, 5:50 ish) Did a lot better than I thought! Total time was 33:49 Looking back at the race, I did better than I expected with very little to no speed work. Was please with the result. | Add Comment |
