AM - 7 Twix/Half and Half. Abs and then a few on the DM with Twix. Right achilles is just totally jacked right now. Takes a good 2-3 miles of very painful running to really become runnable. Chilled pretty much with whoever for the practice run - sometimes the boys, sometimes the girls, sometimes some JV crew. Didn't get too involved in Kids Club because the running of the games really kills my leg. Not up to striders either since my hammy has been extra tight for a few weeks. I know it all these pain connect, but I just can't seem to break through them. (Kinvara Grey 212.5)
