AM - 9 Sand Hill. Abs and a walk with the dogs to start the morning. For our long run we did the Sand Hill. Pushed a little quicker up than last week (11:50 compared to 12:20), and a lot better downhill for a total of 17:50 (compared to 20:00+; so 6min down compared to about 8 last week). Then waited for the girls and ran in with them. Very cool to see many on the team push to things they didn't think possible. Very proud of those who made it up the hill for the first time today.
