Sweaty, toothy, mucous filled run. Loving it though. Weekend sucked on call. But now I have some life back. avg 8:29 with buckets of sweat on this hot morning.
Nice run up Wheelers canyon/ icebox route. Roughly 2.5 up and 2.5 down. Tough tempo up for an old man who went water skiing at 630 am with little sleep from the froerer family auction the night before. But Nick was a task master and kept me going. Fun times. Wasted the rest of the afternoon though.
