After a day off, the legs felt a little better. They still hurt alot at the beginning of the run and it got better as the run went along. They are not nearly 100% and seemed to have issues throughout the 10 miles. I am aggressive with icing, elevation and compression. Hoping for the best....

I ran a marathon on May 9th and started my reverse taper to get back into the groove of things. Unfortunately, I'm having ITBand issues and had to see a doctor. I can run about a mile before I'm hobbling. So, just trying to get better!

Nice run. Hey I made out fishing this past week. Up to Henrys Lake for a day. Caught some nice cutthroat and one real nice brook trout. The Brookie about 18 inches. Love that fall fishing. Hope you can get out.
