AM - 6 @ 7:49 pace Noon - 8 @ 7:09 pace PM - 6 @ 7:09 pace Happy to see the pace drop a bit after a few runs with the watch. 2nd run was in light rain and was pretty enjoyable but 3rd one was hot as hell. The season of "finishing a run and suddenly feeling like you just submerged your face in boiling water" is here, I think. PM2 - core and a few leg exercises, was considering a 4th run after but was my first leg workout of the year I think and was pretty sore leaving the gym. Got in my best stretching session of the year at least(10 minutes of light stretching, maybe less) |
