AM - 5 easy. Something in my shoulder/back felt stiff AM2 - 5 easy again. Back felt better and picked up the pace by the end PM - 5 @ 5:46 pace, with a mile easy and stretching beforehand. Avg pace wasn't too fast but negative split it a little too hard which left me short of breath for most of the day PM2 - 5 PM3 - 4 @ 6:07 pace |
