Enjoyable run this evening.  I drove up to the radio towers just above Hurricane and did 5 miles on the rim trail.  I'm not much of a trail runner, but it was nice to do something different, plus I was able to get away from everything and just enjoy being out running by myself so that was nice.

Kind of bummed with this workout.  Had to deal with a very strong headwind.  Sunny drove me out to Anderson Junction I decided to do 1 mile warm-up down to mile marker 5 then a 4 mile tempo

1-6:02 should have been a lot faster

2-6:17 about what I usually do for this mile, not as much wind running through Toquerville

3-6:45

4-6:09 too much wind again

25:17 (6:19 avg)

Did a 2 mile cool-down extended over by gravel pit.

Ran with Bill and Mike, did the Bloomington to Flying J loop, plus extended another mile to make it an easy 6

Ran up the Overlook trail going up from over by Howard's.  Took it pretty easy and felt ok.

A lot of personal issues going on today.  I tried to get out for a few miles, but even on my run I couldn't get issues off my mind.  I only did 3 out on Spring Road in Toquerville parked at the church and did an out and back.
