I did Nephi's Twist this afternoon, my legs were pretty dead and the time was slow.

After the run I lifted did bench press, leg extension, leg curls, arm curls, bench dips, heel raises.

I was going to meet up with the running club this morning, but had a late night and decided to sleep in.  Once I did get up I went out and did a nice 13 mile run along 600 North out to Sky Mountain and then back through Hurricane via the state route 9.  I felt pretty good on the run and actually feel like I'm starting to get back into better shape.  After the run my weight was 159, the last time I was under 160 was September 24, 2011.  I'm going to keep working to lose the weight over the summer.
