11 weeks until the UV marathon, so I guess I better get to training.  I had a pretty good run this afternoon did 5 miles out on 600 North to the 13th tee box at Sky Mountain, then 5 miles back. My schedule called for 9 miles at 7:24 pace, I was able to go 10 at 7:20 pace

Ran 5 miles down through Confluence Park, struggled a little coming up the hill back into La Verkin averaged 7:50 overall, so a little slower than planned, but 3 miles were on trails.

Just an easy 5 tonight didn't have much time.  I'm planning on a longer run tomorrow, hoping to do a few miles before the club run and then run some more with whoever shows up.

Club run this afternoon.  I had to come over to St. George early, so I ended up doing 5 miles before meeting up with the club.  I ran those 5 miles at a pretty good pace went from the Dixie Center up to Worthen Park and then back.  Then ran 6 miles with the club and did the normal loop but cut it short at the bridge.

Good 10 mile run this morning over to Wal-Mart.  I ran into Ben Ashcroft and did 2 miles with him over to Sky Mountain.  I did 3 miles at tempo pace toward the end of the run.
