1 mile on the road unfortunately I feel like my ankle is getting worse.  I think once this Corona Virus thing is over, I will consider surgery to repair the messed up tendon. I did 20 minutes on the exercise bike.

Ran to 500 North light and back home. I did ok the first 3 miles, and then basically walked the last mile, ankle issues.
