First run of 2013.  The last time I ran was Dec. 22.  I've been sick with a bad cough and congestion.  During the time off I went and saw one doctor at insta care he didn't do much for me.  I was also able to get into my regular doctor, he did a chest x-ray and because of my history with chronic coughing he thinks I might have some type of asthma.  He prescribed two inhalers for me so I will see how those work.  He also wants me to do some breathing tests at the hospital in a few weeks.

Anyway today I just did a nice 3 mile run down through Pah Tempe and back.  I really struggled, but it was still nice to get out even though it was rainy weather.

Glad to see you out running again. I hope the inhaler helps.
