I live in La Verkin, Utah. My wife, Sunny and I have 3 boys and 1 special little girl
I teach 7th grade Utah History at Hurricane Intermediate School and Driver's Education at Millcreek High School.
Ran up the Overlook Trail, to the La Verkin Overlook, always a challenge because it is really steep for much of the first two miles. Coming down I felt pretty good, ran the trail along the La Verkin Twist

Yeah, I would like to do Spectrum. Maybe even Dam to Dam next month.

Steve that was a nice win last year, but I got pretty lucky most of the fast guys didn't show up and the ones that were there had a bad day. I don't think I'll be winning any races in the near future.
