I teach 7th grade Utah History at Hurricane Intermediate School and Driver's Education at Millcreek High School.
8 miles pretty slow, right knee was hurting pretty bad from the fall yesterday at basketball. Ran up on 600 North to the Elementary School then down past DQ and back on State Street.
