Did a little over 19 miles down the marathon course this morning.  The first 10 I mainly ran with Ty and we averaged right around 7:30 pace.  I then picked it up pretty good until about a mile from town.  Once I hit town I really struggled.  I'm not really sure what happened, I think probably just a case of being dehydrated or not having enough fuel.  Anyway, I was pretty frustrated with the way this run ended, but I guess I should still be happy I got the miles in.  I am a little concerned with Utah Valley Marathon right around the corner, hopefully this was just one of those runs that didn't go very good.  Considering how busy I've been the training so far this spring hasn't been too bad.

I did 20 this Sat. It was pretty miserable. I'm 98% certain I will not be able to run the marathon under 4:40. I'm afraid I'm going to have to walk part of it. With the trips we've been taking, shin splints for 3 weeks etc. I just haven't been training like I should. It's pretty embarrassing!

Dustin, You will be ready! All you were doing is trying to make me feel better by slowing down so I could finish about the same time as you- You are going to do great at UVM
