Went and played basketball this morning. I probably won't be going as much during the summer since I'll be trying to get my longer runs and workouts in before it gets too hot. I didn't run tonight came home not feeling the best.  I had a headache and felt pretty dizzy.

So I guess I’m an activist at heart. I noticed we’ve only had 13 votes but 144 views and there are more of you out there.
