| total running time 72:03. ran with Alejandro in the Bosque. really struggled the 6th mile. stopped at 0.5 to stretch and then again at 6 miles. also stopped briefly at gate 3 before leaving the Bosque. splits 9:19, 9:16, 9:07, 9:10, 9:12, 9:29, 9:15, 7:15.

| total running time 37:38. ran to Bosque stretched several times in the first mile. after 1 mile warm-up I ran a hard half mile then recovery for a mile and a nother hard half mile then 1 mile to finish. splits 9:55, 4:15, 9:45, 4:13, 9:30.
