| total running time 73:21. I ran in the Bosque by myself as I needed to sleep in. I left on the run abour 7:15 am. Plan was to warm up for @ 0.5 mile then try to run low 9:20 pace thought 7 miles. I got a rock in the side of my shoe that I tolerated for about 1.3 miles but went it moved to the sole of my foot from the side of my foot I stopped at 5 miles to take it out. I was already struggling so this gave me an excuse to not follow the plan. splits 9:26, 9:20, 9:16, 9:25, 9:27, 9:23, 9:42, 7:25.
