just couldn't drag myslef out of bed in the morning and then was rushed in the evening so only had time for a short run. ran to CW track then did 5 laps (3 x 400 with active recover lap in bewteen). 400's in 1:30, 1:35, 1:40.
no time for anything else. Didn't warm up properly adn now my hip is really bothering me. |
