total running time 73:51. I ran by myself at the Bosque. the plan was half mile repeats at 2, 4.5 and 7 miles. This took more out of me than I expected and I had a lot of symptoms from my leg. I ahd my usual stop at 0.52 miles. I decided to stop at 3 miles to stretch. I then stopped to stretch before the second half mile repeat. I stopped again at 6 miles to stretch and again just before the last half mile repeat. Finally I had a traffic stop. No doubt the repeats would have been slower without the breaks. as I write this I am realizing i way over did it. I am really wiped out. splits 9:23, 9:11, 4:12, 9;25, 9;25, 4:11, 9:31, 9:28, 4:25, 4:40.
15 minutes on the exercise bike- did not have much energy for this.
