intended to run 5 but cut it short as my calf was really tight. I slowed a lot. I had 2 calf cramps in the night. not sure what I am doing wrong. total running time 44:14. splits 9:26, 9:07, 9:14, 9:33, and 6:54. I had wind in my face on the way back but the biggest deal was my left calf which started to really be sore around 34 minutes into the run. |
