intended to run the 7.8 loop backward. however, I was just really tired and stopped an walked home with about 0.35 left.
total running time 66:09. ran the golf course bakwards from the alst several runs- first mile in 7:57 and the second mile of SV trail in 9 minutes. at around 40 minutes threw in 1 min fartlek x 3 weith one minute jog in between.
I had late church meetings Thursday night and only got about 6 hours sleep. I then got up early to run before going in for rounds at the hospital. I am sleep deprived and need a nap. I will be hot today adn I wanted to run before it got hotter. |
