Bloomington loop plus two loops at the park. a walk break at mile 2.5 and 5. Overall, a good run.
After work I hit the lap pool. 200 WU, 10x25 on 30 sec interval, 600 legs with fins (small free kicks across and dolphin kicks back), and 6x100 free style.
