Bloomington loop plus two loops at the park. a walk break at mile 2.5 and 5. Overall, a good run.

After work I hit the lap pool. 200 WU, 10x25 on 30 sec interval, 600 legs with fins (small free kicks across and dolphin kicks back), and 6x100 free style.

Yoga this evening with wife! Aaaaahhh.....

Lunch time out and back run

Lap swim after work. 200 WU, 12x25 on 30sec intervals, 12x50 on 1min intervals, 3x100 on 2min intervals. Feeling tired on the 100's. I quit after my third one. Overall, good workout!

Lunch time run. Bloomington loop and two loops at the park. I always run the loop clockwise. Today I ran it counter-clockwise. It felt like a new run! Legs were tired too; probably from my bike ride yesterday.

Only counting 4. I was out for a long time. I ran early and also did six 150 sprints with walks in between. My run finally turned into a walk and lunch at Carl's. The grandkids and I did a fun hike in the later evening.
