I have ran three marathons. SGM in 2005, Ogden in 2006, and SGM 2006. My best time in a marathon is Ut. Valley Marathon 3:59:46. I have ran seven half marathons, some 10k's and 5k"s. My favorite marathon is SGM.I have ran 13 Marathons, will be during my first Ultra in march of 2013, it will be the Antalope Island Buffalo Run, a 50k.
2008 SGM PR 4:02:23 The best is yet to come. Short-Term Running Goals: Short term running goal is to increase my four days a week of running to five to six days a week. Do more speed work this coming year. Bring my times down. I would like to do SGM in 4 hrs or less. Long-Term Running Goals: Keep up with my Brother Clay in a marathon, someday do a sub four hour marathon, and BQ. Personal: I have been married for 34Years, and am still madly in love with my wife Wendy. I have four children and six Grand children.

| I have not been able to run for about a week, I had the opportunity to go on a stake trek for four days last week. It was a wonderful the built my testimony and had great spiritual experiences. So today's run I did not feel 100 percent, not sure if the legs were tired from the 28 mile trek of last week or because I missed a week of running. Maybe both, I will work back into my routine slowly. |

| I did feel a little better on my run today, the old guys legs did'nt seem as whacked out. I ran out past mini gu corner today and back home, kept the pace on the easy. I will do that this week and work my way back slowly after a week off. St. George Marathon is coming quickly time to go through the next training rotation.. |

| I am back to doing hill repeat Wednesdays, so that was my workout today. Just did my best to keep a steady pace and enjoy the outing. Went will and looking forward to a long run on Saturday morning with my Son Bryan. |

| Long run with my son Bryan at 5am this morning. Did our usual up over Harry's into Salem, then back to home. First long run in about three weeks. Just have been very busy, it did feel good to get out. |
