I have ran three marathons. SGM in 2005, Ogden in 2006, and SGM 2006. My best time in a marathon is Ut. Valley Marathon 3:59:46. I have ran seven half marathons, some 10k's and 5k"s. My favorite marathon is SGM.I have ran 13 Marathons, will be during my first Ultra in march of 2013, it will be the Antalope Island Buffalo Run, a 50k.
2008 SGM PR 4:02:23 The best is yet to come. Short-Term Running Goals: Short term running goal is to increase my four days a week of running to five to six days a week. Do more speed work this coming year. Bring my times down. I would like to do SGM in 4 hrs or less. Long-Term Running Goals: Keep up with my Brother Clay in a marathon, someday do a sub four hour marathon, and BQ. Personal: I have been married for 34Years, and am still madly in love with my wife Wendy. I have four children and six Grand children.

| Nice hot extended golf course loop today, it was a cooker. It was good to get out for a run though even though it was hot. I did 25 min on the bowflex mostly upper body work. |

| Another hot run today, just kept things easy as tomorrow I am running the camels pass trail run with my Son Bryan in the morning. It will be a 10 miler should be fun. I ended todays workout with some time on the bowflex, focused on my core and upper body. |

| Nice trail run with my son Bryan this morning, we started at the pole haven turn off. run up and over the mt. came down spring creel canyon to his house. It was a blast beautiful scenery and great company. I think I would like to do trails more. |

| My quads are trashed fromm yesterdays trailrun with my son. So I did 30 min. cross training on my eliptical at an indurance pace to give the legs a break from the impact of the road. Then I switched over to my bowflex and did some core training for about 25 min. I will take a break tomorrow and hopefully get in a long early sat morn. |

| Nice long run this morning doing the over harrys hill, salem woodland hills and then to home. was not sure how the old legs would respond today they are still whach fron wed hard trail run. my quads are still feeling a bit scary. None the less I was able to put together a desent run this morn. |
