Running Accomplishments:

I started running about ten and a half years ago. I have ran three marathons. SGM in 2005, Ogden in 2006, and SGM 2006. My best time in a marathon is Ut. Valley Marathon 3:59:46. I have ran seven half marathons, some 10k's and 5k"s. My favorite marathon is SGM.I have ran 13 Marathons, will be during my first Ultra in march of 2013, it will be the Antalope Island Buffalo Run, a 50k.

2008 SGM PR 4:02:23 The best is yet to come.

Short-Term Running Goals:

Short term running goal is to increase my four days a week of running to five to six days a week.  Do more speed work this coming year. Bring my times down. I would like to do SGM in 4 hrs or less.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Keep up with my Brother Clay in a marathon, someday do a sub four hour marathon, and BQ.

Personal:

I have been married for 34Years, and am still madly in love with my wife Wendy. I have four children and six Grand children.

My legs did alot better today, had good energy and was able to get into a good rythum. Very enjoyable run today with great weather. I did 25 min on the bowflex, some crucnhes and leg lifts.

Nice extended golf course loop today feeling good and just enjoyed the run. I was able to get in 25 min on the bowflex, upper body and somecrunches and leg lifts.

Another nice run today out past mini gu corner and back just kept the pace real easy and had fun. It's always fun when I'm out for a run, did some crunches and that  finished my workout for today.

I did not get a run in yesterday as i just did have any mojo for some reason. I got already to go, even went outside to get going and I just was whacked for some reason.

Today I was able to get out of work at 11 am, feeling better today and did a golf course loop. Nice temps, ran in shorts and short sleeves. It was a beautiful run for almost the middle of Feb.

Dont know if I will get a long run in tomorrow as I have a World Wide Leadership training at 9 am. If I don't go in the morn on sat. my run usually dos'nt happen. We will see.

I was able to get out on my run after the mroning meeting. I t was a brutal run none the less, the wind was blowing hard. Some places it was all I could do to move forward . I t just zapped my energy quickly today. Hence only made it a short 10 miler.
