I have ran three marathons. SGM in 2005, Ogden in 2006, and SGM 2006. My best time in a marathon is Ut. Valley Marathon 3:59:46. I have ran seven half marathons, some 10k's and 5k"s. My favorite marathon is SGM.I have ran 13 Marathons, will be during my first Ultra in march of 2013, it will be the Antalope Island Buffalo Run, a 50k.
2008 SGM PR 4:02:23 The best is yet to come. Short-Term Running Goals: Short term running goal is to increase my four days a week of running to five to six days a week. Do more speed work this coming year. Bring my times down. I would like to do SGM in 4 hrs or less. Long-Term Running Goals: Keep up with my Brother Clay in a marathon, someday do a sub four hour marathon, and BQ. Personal: I have been married for 34Years, and am still madly in love with my wife Wendy. I have four children and six Grand children.

the weather was nice enough again today to run in shorts the temps were very nice whcih helped make for an enjoyable run. I did the golf course loop today. my legs were a little dead from yesterdays bishop storehouse loop which had alot of uphill. I did 25 min of core training and ended with 200 crunches. There were alot of people out running today. spring is getting closer, i care what the ground hog things. See ya tomorrow. |

| Very dead legs today I don't know what happened but they were very whacked. It was all I could do to get the run in today. Great weather, ran in shorts again at least that part was good. It was still a great run and a great day. |

| My run today took me on the bishop storehouse route, it was a tuff go today very windy cause we have another torm coming in tonight. I have been able to run in shorts all week it has been so nice in the afternoons. My first mile today was into the wind as was the last two. I got a good workout today. My legs the past two days have been on the real whack side but we somehow get through the run. I did 25 min of upper body weight training and finished with 200 crunches. It has been a stressfull week maybe that's why my legs have been a little more than whack this week. It was still a great run and a great day. |
