Nice recoveru run today after yesterdays hill repeats. My legs did feel better today than I thought they would. I want to top out on this weeks mileage around 45 or 46 miles, I am planning on a 20 miler for sat long run. Did not want to over do things and increas miles to much over a weeks time. I did do the bowflex on my lower body also to work on developing greater leg strength. |
