| | AM-3.1 alone. It hurt. I had visited the doctor and he just said I would be recovering soon, but it would take close to two weeks.

| | AM-11 miles with James Withers from USU. I’m not sure what it was about this run, but it was great. I had some chest pain for the first 3 miles and then it became minimal. James said he has had a similar thing and that whenever he would run, it would take about 3 miles until the pain would stop. I had planned to do 6-8, but we just got talking and before I knew it, we were already at 7 miles and 4 miles away from our cars.
PM-5.25 miles. Same as James said, a little over 3 miles with chest pain, but it went away after. Ethan Field rode his bike by me for the run too, so that was nice

PM-9.2 miles. There is still a decent amount of pain in my chest and sides. Felt good from 4 miles until 8 miles. Hopefully I can run a long run tomorrow, but I’ll see how I feel in the morning

| | AM-Long carterville with Braden. I woke up super sore from weights and planned on forcing myself to run 5 miles, but after a mile things loosened up and I decided to run the whole loop.

| | AM-Tried to help Milly with his workout. Clayton is out of town, so I offered to pace him. He did 3x(800, 300). I paced the first 800 in 2:06, then the 300 I got dropped and ran 43. Next one I just didn’t have it with how short the rest was, so I ran the first 200 and last 200 with him. 300 was 43. The last 800 I paced the first lap through 62.5 and Milly ran 2:03. I was getting dropped on the last 300 during the first 100, so I stopped because I wasn’t really helping him. Cool down to 10. It was hot and while it was fun, I don’t know if I’ll do something like this again.

| | Long run in Colorado. I didn’t feel great, but a few guys did because they were pushing the pace for most of the run. Eventually, I had to make a conscious effort to slow down and take it easy. Ran almost the whole run with Garnica.
