Group run with Fan, Mike, Zac and I.  For some reason mike and fan were battling it out today.  Zac and I let them go at it.  We finished a few mins behind them.

Snuck out in the afternoon for a run around some snowy sidewalks.  It was snowing as well.  Needless to say I was the only one out there.

Sugary power and slick sidewalks made today's run a bit slower than normal.  It was so pretty though with all the snow on the trees and fresh unmarked trails.  Good run, if a bit hard.

Went from the tabernacle on the canal trail to the river trail up to Spring Hollow.

Green Canyon - 

7.5 miles nordic skiing then 2 miles slipping around on the trail kinda running.
