Stewart Pass via Coldwater Lake plus up to Pleasant View Point (8550')

Ran most of the downhill due to a massive thnderstorm moving in.  I got done just in time. Trail is totally overgrown in places.  Bloody legs.

Flat Top Peak (9539')

We had a nice group of Erik + Mike + Fan + Keegan.  Pace was easy due to my guts and Keegan's newness.  I felt fine until towards the bottom of Birch when my guts started to hurt.  Probably too much running.  I need to chill out, but just can't help it.  

It was a fun run though.  Smithfield Dry Canyon to Flat Top and down Birch Canyon.  I stayed back with Keegan and we took it easy until the meat wagon showed up and saved us the last mile back to the car.  Thanks guys.
