AM: 10 easy miles on Lower Canal Trail and BST.  Pretty typical stuff.  

T- 1:24 800' vert

PM: Was able to get out with my wife on a hike/run/photo trip to Aspen Ridge on the Wellsvilles.  Fun outing.  She drove the truck stopping to take pics while I ran the dirt road.  Then we hiked a bit and returned back the way we came.  There is some good running up there.  6 miles T-1:09 1300' vert
