After 3 hours of hauling 5 cubic yards of dirt in a wheelbarrow to various points my backyard, I was free to go for a run.  It was slow and easy.  I am still working on letting my legs recover, so it was nice to take it easy.  I noticed that the Logan River was the highest I have seen it in years.  Should be interesting for the next week as it continues to rise.

Enjoy your recovery time (lots of yard work!). Yeah, with a week straight of rain in the forecast, we may have some nice flooding. Get out the sandbags!

I noticed the water at planet walk was already overflowing under the long bridge, and that was before the rain! Want to go swimming?
