Three miles after wrestling practice. Good workout tonight, body will be sore tomorrow.

Got up early and did a run. Had planned on getting one more run in today but this afternoon/evening was a blurrrrr.

Didn't do much at practice today. The guys have a dual tomorrow so we took it easy.

Ran from the house down past Costco and up Formaster Dr. down 700 and up to the park. Did one mile there and then up to the Blvd and back home.

Good run. Body feels like it hasn't been getting in the miles. Overall I felt pretty good.

Easy mid morning run. Was going to go out for 7 more but my wife and I shopped until we dropped to take advantage of all the black friday deals.

Meet up with the club. Went from the Dixie Center down into Bloomington then up the trail that heads out into the desert up over by Green Valley. Then Steve's knee was hurting him so Holt and I left him and went up through Green Valley to the top of Bluff. That part is about a 3 mile climb and I was struggling to get it over with. When we got to the top Holt was a couple blocks back and I thought if I stopped I may not get going again. So I continued on down diagnal street and then to main all the way down to the over pass and back to the Dixie Center.

Overall it was a good run. I felt good until the last mile or half mile then I started to get stiff.

Glad to get in some better miles over this weekend. From now on my wrestling life will take over until the middle of Feb. Next weekend we start our out of town wrestling trips that are Friday and Saturday- Running will be almost impossible.
