Wanted to take it easy...So I road a bike 6.3 miles to warm up then went out and did 5 miles of running. Pretty sore on the run. May take Friday off to try and heal for the race on Sat. I think I'm overall really improving. My weight is down to where I want to be. My lungs feel like they are getting stronger. I just need to work on my overall strength. Now that I'm down to my desired running weight I think I'll lift more weights to try and keep some strength. With the 10-12 pounds I've lost in the last 3 weeks I feel I've also lost some strength. |
