I went against my game plan for the week and did a long run. I just could not say no the nice sunny afternoon. It was soo nice after work. So I put on my skimpiest running outfit and hit the trail. I ran most pretty much the same 10 miler that kicked my butt last Wed... I just added a different trail somewhere along the line and add a mile and a half or so. I felt pretty good. Really didnt try and run hard. If I pushed it at all it was from miles 7-10. My knee is a little sore now (morning after). Hopefully it will work its self out with time. |
