Did a good run early Saturday morning with the Club. Ran nice and easy for the first 9 or so miles then started to up the tempo the rest of the way in. Felt good until the last mile and a half then stated slowing down. Raced a guy riding a Mt. bike for about 3 and a half miles up the hill. I trailed him for a whle then passed him until we split the trail and went on our ways. He said to me " its hard for me to keep up with you... and I'm on a bike". So after that I felt like the pace wasn't too bad. Because he said he rides 16 miles a day.... Glad to up the miles this week and feel good along the way. |
