All day at work I wanted to get out and run. So I left an hour early and went home to gear up for my "Big loop" run. The first three miles are a good warm up as they are uphill. Then the next 7 are on trail and dirt roads. The pace on those is a little slower because I don't want to tweek my ankle. The last part is on paved roads back to the house. Its a good run. I'll try and keep that as one of my weekly training runs. |
