7.8 miles in the morning 7.2 miles in the evening Morning run was a little taxing. Calves were really tight the first 4 miles. I stopped and tryed to loosen them up and it helped- the rest of the run felt good. Evening run was GOOD. Every once in a while you grind the gears and find that one gear where your just floating. Tonight I went out for a 5 mile run and was day dreaming and missed the exit. So I added anouther 2 or so. Running felt effortless, good fast stride. Starting to come around. |
