3 in the morning 9 in the evening We got home late from Moab Sunday night or early Monday morning so I wasn't feeling as spry as I needed to go out and run this morning. This afternoon I went out. Feeling the need to get a good workout in and burn off all the trash in my system from the weekend. It wasn't the best 9 miles I've ever ran. I had a very hard time finding my stride. As the marathon draws closer I am struggling to find that good running stride that I'll need on race day. It's like I'm running for the first time. No rhythm. |
