Got up early and did a run. Had planned on getting one more run in today but this afternoon/evening was a blurrrrr.

Didn't do much at practice today. The guys have a dual tomorrow so we took it easy.

Who are you matched up with today? I guess PV did pretty well against Carbon. But they still have some major weaknesses. Do you have a decent HW?

We wrestled Wayne, and I guess they have the weakest team they have had in 30 years- so we spanked them pretty good. Our HW is amazing when he wants to wrestle. When his heart is still at home-he's just a fat kid in a tight little outfit.
