6.5 miles in the morning 7 miles this evening Both runs felt good. My ankle is still sore from rolling it a few days ago. My food intake the last week and a half is out of control. It's not helping me lose the 4lbs I gained the week after the marathon. I would like to get back to race weight by next Saturday for the Butch Cassidy 10k. If I can continue to feel good between now and then I think I'll be able to PR in the 10k- I guess we will see. |
