Did my morning run

Then after the meetings that went until 7:15pm today I went out up the shore line twards the Golden Gate. I've never ran against such a stong head wind going up to the bridge. It would almost bring me to a hault. Really worked the legs. I ran up to the bridge and over it, then back down some different trails by the beach, and back to the room. After the run I was so dead that I didn't even go get some food... just got in a bath and went to bed.

Good job keeping up your training on the road! After a hard run, if you feel too tired to eat, still try eating some fruit - it is very important to replishing the lost carbohydrates - your best window of opportunity is 1 hour after the run.

Thanks Sasha for the advice. I told myself to eat for those same reasons but maybe I'll listen to you.
