12 mile run this morning. The body was telling me yesterday that I needed an extra day off.  The knees, shins, and hip has been hurting me lately.

Todays run felt pretty good.  The body didn't hurt, so thats a good thing.

I haven't heard back from any of my contacts about possibly getting into the St. George marathon.  I think I had better decide on another marathon.  I appreciate everbodies advise.  I'd really like to PR this year, that's kind of what my training geared toward.  Do you think that Top Of Utah is a PR course?

Does anyone know of a PR course?  Something that may be as fast as or close to St. George?

Push and sit ups.  Weights and heavy bag.

10 miles this morning.  It was raining so I ran on the treadmill.  4 miles at tempo.  A pretty good run.

15 miles this morning in the wet, cold rain.  I just remembered how I had ran the whole St. George marathon last year with my wife in the rain and it kept me going.

A pretty good week.  I ended up taking Moday off again.  The body was tired and needed some extra rest, hopefully that's not the cast next week.

I registered for the Top Of Utah Marathon!!  I'm pretty excited for it.  I've never ran it.  This is going to give me something to focus on now for the rest of my training.  I hear it's a fast course, but looking at times, it looks like it's about 4 to 5 minutes slower then the St. George?

Does that sound about right?  Does anyone have any idea?
