I've been off the radar for awhile now.  I kind of lost interest in blogging every mile or workout that I do.  I know, Shame on me.

To make a long story short, I'm fit.  I've been doing a lot of cross fit training, a few triathlons here and there and a few races.  I haven't really averaged more then 30 miles a week for a couple years now.

I spend a lot of time lifting weights, do cross fit training, punching the heavy bag and running with my daughter and a little with my wife.

I don't know what the running future holds for me.  I'm kind of satisfied with my PR's and not really in the mood to go long distance like I did for so many years.

I'm just happy staying in shape, running with my family and not feeling guilty for not running 15 miles everyday like I used to feel for so long.

I'm sure I'll get the bug back.  It's been a couple years sense my last marathon.  Who knows, I'll probably be running one again in no time.
