| | Solo effort on Canal out and back the Porter to some roads. Have some meetings in PHX this weekend so wanted to make sure I got my long run for week in today. Doesn't seem like a quick turnaround but at mile 8 I dropped off pace. Good run and temp was awesome. My hands were too cold but glad I got it done. 8:50AP

| | Pretty bad 24 hours. I was supposed to do 5-6 miles today but got a kidney stone Friday night. It was a very long and painful process. 3mm stone. Didn't want to miss an opportunity to run today. Might have been smart to get out and run and might not. I did what I could. 11 mins.

| | Nice reverse loop through Central Park. My splits don't make sense but I felt really good. I'm sure I was under 8 min pace avg but not sure the real splits. I'm guessing 7:45 AP last .8 with Simon (7). Really fun run. Headed back to SLC this evening.

| | Felt really good when I woke up this morning so I decided to do some MP effort even though its not my MP pace. I am 196lbs. and although I feel good, I can tell the weight is there. After about a half mile, I got into the MP effort. I kept it up for about 3.6 miles at 7:40AP. I felt comfortable the whole time. Felt like 70% effort. I did the last few miles very slow to shakeout the legs and just put in the miles. Overall the legs are coming back and I like where I am at. 8:12AP
