Been a fun winter so far. I got back in the gym in October. Felt like I needed to work on my core again. I have been skiing quite a few times this winter as well. I figure if my core is good then I should feel physically and mentally stronger. I haven't really kept track of mileage in quite awhile. Just needed a break I guess. I look forward to some consistency again.
AM: Comfortable run from my house around DSL at lunch. Very nice temp with some winds. 8:43AP.
PM: Gym workout: 1/2 mile up and down on TM easy pace. Back(row, press, pull downs, and rev delts) Abs(ext. obl and ball planks).
